  • Great customer service

    This is the second time I ordered with this site, this time it was a canvas as a gift during the holidays, I did expect some delays so i couldn't be mad. The great thing about this site is if you are unhappy at all the with outcome of the design you can work with the artist to resolve any issues. I did have an issue with the eyes, the artist responded quickly and a week later fixed the issue. I greatly appreciate the time put in because the outcome was exceptional. Thank you mypetprints! i will continue to shop with you guys for any and all pet merch!

  • terrible experience

    my husband ordered my birthday present 3+ weeks before my birthday and had it expedited and it took over 2 months to receive it in full. Terrible experience

  • Fraudulently claim they issued a refund

    This company is fraudulently claiming that they issued a refund. I paid $40 for guaranteed Christmas delivery but my item was not shipped in time. MyPetPrints claims they sent me a refund of shipping charges but I have not received any such refund and they are unable to provide proof of the transaction.
