  • Great Customer Service!!

    Had a great stay at the Moxy Time Square this past weekend. Place is an “Adult Playground”. Great location with a great atmosphere and fantastic staff at the bars and restaurants. Special shout-out to Melany for being amazing and making our stay memorable!!

    This was an excellent trip. Giovanny is the man!! He helped make the trip better than expected. Moxy Hotel staff was amazing I will definitely try them again on my next trip to New York City. Thank you, Moxy Hotel.

  • Great Trip

    The room was functional. Everything was well laid out. The hotel was crazy busy. I have to get a huge shout out to Ever, who was ridiculously helpful. He helped me store my luggage, and then he let me know the second room came open. Super thankful for him.

  • Unusual place but a great experience

    An unusual venue but worthwhile nevertheless. Very clean and having plenty bars and eateries. Staff excellent and, given we were celebrating two birthdays, they went the extra mile and did a fantastic job.

    The hotel had eveything I needed. Braylin on the night staff was extremely helpful- he helped solve unexpected travel changes with ease. I will be coming back to the Moxy the next time I am in town.
