    poor Restaurant staffs attitude ! staffs patronising, condescending …. Give us the impression they did us a favour to serve us. I would never go again to your restaurant. The breakfast team nice too, reception staffs cool too but not very smiley

    A long way from town centre, but that was the choice of the organisers. Horrendous noise from disco at dinner on the Thu evg, but also continuous background music/noise in the dining room. Unnecessary! .

    Staff is friendly. Good in the restaurant is good. Rooms are clean and facilities provided by the hotel are good. Had a good time on my vacation there. Quite near to the airport. They also have airport shuttle which is charged at 20 euro one side

    Good location, close to my companies Belgium office. Good vararity of food at restaurant and convienantly has a supermarket located next to hotel Hotel staff are friendly and willing to help Will saty here for my next visit

  • Great!!

    Very Nice hotel!! The restaurant was very slow and forgot our order but in the end the food was great and the room aswell!! Shuttle service to the airport is €20 wich I think is a lot and is provided by taxi company with very nice cars!

    Very far from aeroport and from hotel to the centre. Nothing bus near hotel,.Taxi cost 50€ Nothing possible to walk to hotel from aeroport, because too far. Nothing bus stop near hotel. You must take only taxi.

  • As always a good bed, great breakfast and pleasant staff

    Van Der Valk is always a top place to stay. Atmosphere and location are good. The burgers in the restaurant are huge, the employees well trained and the beds are nice and comfortable. Enough pillows and no outside noises from airplanes.

    It was perfect. The room was clean and tidy. Food in the restaurant was perfect - the breakfast buffet and lunch/ dinner options for all ages and preferences. Stuff really friendly and helpful. Very simple to check in and check out

    Excellent hotel close to airport. Beautiful Christmas atmosphere as very nicely decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and comfortable room. Lovely restaurant where we had a delightful dinner.

    It is a good situated hotel, close to Charleroi airport and the partner location I work with. Hotel offers good facilities and the restaurant offers delicious foods and wide variaty of drinks. Staff are helpfull and friendly.
