My makeup consultant was a young lady named Lindsay and this was at the Dadeland Mall, miami location.
I came in for a concealer and within a few minutes and 2 tries she found the perfect match. I am a person of color and my skin tone is difficult to match. Her knowledge and professionalism was refreshing.

Filters aren’t working anymore in the under 20$ section, I clicked on fragrance and am getting skincare.
The shop>fragrance section is missing the main links to women perfumes, men cologne, perfume gift.
The category section / product type in the filter disappeared in most sections and last time I found it was giving brush types instead of product type (fragrance, makeup, skincare)
Idk this glitch has been recent within the past few weeks.
But I always like to have two carts (one for online & the other for in-store that’s near me)
Every so often, when I open my Sephora app, it will just delete my instore cart and it’s so frustrating
Please fix this glitch!
This app crashes CONSTANTLY. I get error messages every time I try and check it. Today it told me my cart was out of date. Had to use chrome. Awful.
I love Sephora, but I ordered for the first time on the app and it is terrible. They’re always changing the delivery day and there’s always some excuse. It told me it would be here in two weeks then yesterday and told me he’s gonna be here today and then now it says Monday like make up your mind and then it cost you money to do same day delivery or all that other stuff all I ask of you pick one delivery day that’s not so far away from the other one like I get like it it’ll be here on like Monday and then I’ll change it to Wednesday like that’s fine but two weeks from now then today then tomorrow and then two days from now like what
Dear Sephora,
Who thought it was a good idea to remove “category” from the filter options?!?!?! This absence makes searching more cumbersome & time consuming than necessary. I can still get done what I need to, but you dare think I enjoy the experience. Before you removed it, I would’ve given the app 5 stars, but now? It gets a 3, because I’ll give every update since whenever you removed that feature a 1 star rating!

When I tried to sign into my account via the browser I get a “token expired or random number not match. Please try again.” That is the exact message grammar error and all. So I started shopping on the app instead since I was already signed in. When I hit the “checkout” button it gave me a password error “we’re sorry there is an error with your email/password” this is while using faceID. Long story short I took my $300 cart to Ulta where I was able to log in and check out without and issue.
For the last few months I cannot log in to my app. Keep getting an error message. Also, the notifications never clear after I’ve read them. Annoying.

I order from online it came in 6 days and when it came I was missing 1 product and the app did not say partial order im am upset please fix this.
alright Sephora app it’s so good and helpful when I don’t to go to the store I just shop online and finding everything that I wanted i love it so much❤️!!! BUT something that i don’t understand it the app says 4+ fine im 16 born in 07 why i can’t open acc? Should i lie about my age? Please fix that problem and thank you❤️
Keep saying my password is invalid. I change it and it keeps saying I have to create a new password. I’m just trying to purchase something so I don’t have to go back into the store. Fix your website!!!!
This week I tried to do two things:
1. Buy and e gift card but couldn’t because the app kept giving me an error. I called customer service and got transferred around a couple of times only to end after almost an hour with no help. My sister in a different state didn’t get the Sephora e gift card for her birthday. She got an Amazon e gift card instead. Their app works.
2. I wanted to replace 3 Sephora lipstick stains because I ran out. The product has a NUMBER; 18, 82, and 1 other. NO name on the tube. When you go to the app, all 75 colors are there with a NAME. No number. How am I suppose to know the equivalent name? Lol.
Someone that knows the products needs to share with the developers.
Very disappointed in how long it take’s Sephora to get orders processed and shipped. I love the products but it just takes entirely too long to get the products I’ve paid for.

I love this app and they have amazing beauty skincare and fragrance options. But it would make it so much better if when stack was getting low the app would tell you. For instance a couple things I had in my cart that I really wanted went out of stock the day I was going to buy it. But if I known that it was going out of stock I would have gotten it earlier. But over this is a great store and app.
Ever since the last update, the app has been so glitchy. It keeps logging me out and everything on the page goes blank. Please fix this because it’s so annoying trying to browse and suddenly getting logged out!
This app is useless since filtering by Category was removed. Also makes me constantly login.

When searching for moisturizers, or any section of product I get 0 search results, that’s without filtering anything!

The app hasn’t worked in months to a point that I’ve deleted it. Whenever I try and search for something, it says “0 results found”. I don’t have any filters on, I’m just searching specific brands.
I keep getting error messages when trying to place my order and I continually have to reset my password. The videos still don’t work and the out of stock items still appear as in stock until you click on them… Sephora, please get your web team together!
It has been glitching for weeks. I used to love using the app but it signs me out and always says 0 results. Fix it please!!!

The app has been glitching for months now, every time I try to search by brand or by category it says 0 results. You have to manually search for every specific product.
Since the new update, it keeps logging me out even though I have the “keep me logged in” toggled on. It would also be nice to track orders in the app. I open my email notifications, click on the tracking. Takes me to the app which then jumps to Safari. Why? Lastly… when writing a review, you can’t see what you’re writing because the app/cursor doesn’t move down the block with you while you type. So I have to write it in my notes then copy and past into the review block.
I love Sephora and all it’s products but oh my lord. It made me sign in five different times when I hadn’t left the app once. Any time you want to access account info you have to re sign in. And yes I do have the “keep me signed in” button on! Not to mention that it won’t let me make adjustments to subscriptions on the app even though that’s where I started the subscriptions. Love the products but the app is a mess.
