Nike's app receives mixed reviews, with several customers expressing frustration with login and account creation issues, cancelled orders, and limited inventory. Many are also critical of Nike's use of uygher labor to make their shoes, while paying athletes millions of dollars. Some reviewers suggest that Nike limit the number of shoes that can be purchased at once to prevent mass purchases and price gouging. On the other hand, some reviewers appreciate the app's ease of use and extensive inventory.

Nike uses uygher labor to make their shoes and then pays athletes that cry about being oppressed millions of dollars. Shame on Nike and anyone that wears them knowing that they are made by slaves.
And you know how I
I ordered an item after getting a coupon from the NRC app. I figured Iâd try it out.
Well, as soon as I finish this review, Iâll be deleting the app.
The item was supposed to deliver yesterday. I kept an eye on the app and the tracking history. I checked this morning and it was set to âreturn processedâ instead of âon its way.â No explanation. Customer service was less than helpful. It even made it to my city!
Even with the 10% discount, itâs still much cheaper on Amazon. Thatâs what I get for trying this app.
I do not want to create a Nike account. Please let me shop in peace without being forced to do something I donât care enough to take even 10 seconds to do. Considering not buying a pair of Nikes, yea just because of such a seemingly insignificant step. I donât want to create an account that I wonât ever use just to buy one pair of shoes. Annoying. Lost a customer.
The app prevents me from signing in. There is no point for me to shop in the app if I cannot sign it. Also unable to add anything to my bag online at the website. âŚOh well.
I like Nike as a brand, and I appreciate the Nike app. However, I find the onboarding process a bit overwhelming. I would prefer to download the app and immediately sign in to my account and start shopping, rather than being bombarded with Bluetooth and location requests.
Ordered cleats for my son and although the order was confirmed in the app (no email confirmation though), it was cancelled a couple of days later without any explanation. I put in a new order and same thing happened. So I am trying one last time with my third order and see what happens. Very frustrating. Might have to tell my son to try another brand of cleats.
Nike app is bugged and needs fixing disappointed in their team's effort to assist customers needs
Just downloaded the app. Canât even join / sign up on the app. Worst!
I tried to create an account when I tried it told me I was not eligible for registration I tried deleting and re-downloading the app but itâs telling me the same thing.

Paramount Plus customers complain about the app's performance issues, including crashes, buffering problems, and difficulty downloading content. There are also concerns about the frequency of ads, as well as issues with the app's interface, such as no option to skip intros or to mark previously watched content. On the positive side, people appreciate the selection of sports and TV shows available, as well as the low amount of commercials overall.
