I havent had abandoned cart for over 3 weeks, spoke to several people and still nothing. Its on, but customers arent getting a prompt email. I was given a 3 day timeframe THREE TIMES, guaranteed to be fixed each time, and still nothing. I spoke to someone on live chat yesterday who guaranteed it'd be fixed in a few hours, which granted it was. The issue was fixed... for 5 minutes. Got an abandoned cart email, so we ran a few more tests last night and this morning and shock... nothing! I was on the phone today to support who advised Advanced Tech Support would re-open the ticket and escalate it, although they've said it is the highest it can go every time. He said they'll email me but I doubt that'll happen. Taylor from Advanced Tech was the one to resolve the ticket, intermittently. This is costing me potential customers, and money. 3 weeks is a joke. It also isnt great customer service on the phones leaving severe silences, I keep going 'you there?' Im not one to complain at all but the level of service in regards to this issue has been diabolical, and the only way I feel it'll be resolved permanently is leaving a review. I don't have time as a business owner to be sitting on live chat or the phone for 1+ hour, twice a week. Wheres the 'customer value' in that?
Despite some issues with Godaddy in the past, I had a great experience with their customer care today. Alex was absolutely excellent and went above and beyond to solve issues with our site, spending over an hour helping me and resolving the issue. Thank you so much Alex!!
Because GODADDY’s platform was compromised, us users are being blocked from sending out emails through no fault of our own, as any domain held within GoDaddy is being blocked with having installed MFA. They did not tell me; it was discovery rather than disclosure. This is extremely frustrating.
Was trying to make some changes to one of our products, but it is so hard when you first have to deal with their AI chatbot. Incredibly useless and I'm so close to stop using Godaddy after more than 10 years
The rep that I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. What I didn't like was trying to use the website builder program they have. Just wanted to build a simple site and after 3 days I give up and I am transferring to another hosting site that has an easy to use website builder. I liked godaddy but this was bad.

It is evident that they resort to deceitful tactics, such as creating artificial tickets and making customers wait for a response for a whopping 48 hours. This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputable company.During my recent interaction with their support team, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Manisai B. She spent over an hour chatting with me, giving me false hope and empty promises, but failed to provide any real assistance whatsoever. Her lack of knowledge and inability to resolve my issue was astonishing. It was a complete waste of time and a clear indication of GoDaddy's disregard for their customers' concerns.I reached out to GoDaddy seeking genuine help, but instead, I was met with incompetence and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The lack of real support and the company's deceptive practices are unforgivable. As a paying customer, I deserve better treatment and assistance when facing technical difficulties.I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their business or personal projects to GoDaddy. Always problems with GoDaddy, and their support guides are pretty much useless. Avoid it as a hosting provider at all cost!

Thought renewal for domain name website had expired but had not. Erica was very patient while I pulled up the website name to check. Both of us agreed that everything was in order.
Had the best experience with Vijay. He was so helpful and kind. I had no idea what I was doing and stuffed up my domain name. He was able to create the right one for me, set me up for my email and will call me next week to get the email up and going. With a world full of rude customer service these days, I was nervous calling but my nerves were settled once I started my call. Thank you Vijay!

She not only answered all my questions about the various services I was paying for, she helped me to make some changes to those services so that they better fit my needs and budget.
