Mixed reviews for Whatnot app as some users praise the experience of buying and selling while others report glitches, scams, poor customer service, and app crashes. Some reviewers claim they lost money through missing items or damaged orders and highlighted issues with the bidding process. Others reported that the application is addictive and that it's a fun buying/selling venue. However, the poor design of the application, slow response time, and the inability to cancel items purchased were some of the negative comments.Whatnot - Live Video Shopping

now demanding phone no. & i'm just tryng to support a couple friends selling on the app. ??
Very poorly designed app
Brilliant app and experience. Signed up and won my first live auction in maybe 5 mins flat! Breadth of products equally as impressive as the platform. Amazing!
I love to sell on Whatnot, but the app is glitchy. The chat is slower on one device than the other while you are streaming. The Utilities doesn’t work on my app (particularly the wheel randomizer) and haven’t since they came out. I’ve tried several iPhones. I’ve done everything they have said to do and still can’t use it during a live show. No answer to why yet.. Customer Service is usually very prompt, but not with this problem. That is hurting my business Thank you for reading my feedback. Please help!
Never disappointed with my vists
For being so supportive in many streams, got banned. Wouldn’t overturn their decision despite being harassed and talked down to on the app. Many people scam on the app and are given many chances. Dms being monitored feels like a privacy violation Lowkey. Drip and ntwrk here I come 🥰
They claim people under 18 can’t stream but that is all that I see
I have bought over 2k in merchandise through whatnot yet an order was damaged by the USPS in transit and a complaint was submitted (3 times). Yet I have not heard once from what nor regarding this transaction. I am not a happy customer and am a stones throw from discontinuing the utilization of whatnot for future transactions. Thank you Ed
My friend told me about this app last night when we was at work talking bout our trading card collections and I hopped on it and was amazed instantly I would’ve been on this app a long time ago. Scored 3 great cards in under an hour looking forward to more!!!
I’m out of 600.00 because of missing items not delivered to me. Support doesn’t care to help with finding out what happened. The creators only care about the sellers not the buyers.
This app allows people to be scammed and don’t punish those breakers who have proven to scam their clients
App is broken. Keeps freezing and keeps crashing
Found an awesome new community through buying and even selling on Whatnot
I have just started on this platform but what a fun buying/selling venue. I have been an online seller for the past 25 years and it can be boring tedious work, taking photographs, listing descriptions, answering emails. This selling platform looks like a lot of fun and that can be profitable at the same time!!!
This app is a bummer. You have to watch so much junk you dont want, just to see something you like that isnt your size.
This app is so stupid and a lot of scammers that send damaged shoes
If you want to see people auditioning for reality TV shows, this is the app for you. If you want real auctions, this app is a joke. Auctions are very poorly run, the “talent” are not auctioneers. Far from impressed.
Worst app in the card/collectible world. Backyard breaks for example stole a 25k card (TLAW card) and here’s the thing on breaks, they can just offer to refund your entry/team fee and screw you. Also happened where a guy pulled a 1/1 waddle on bleachers or some other (too many scammers seriously go to any page where it’s being talked about and type in scam or go to Google and Google Whatnot scams THERES SO MANY. That’s not even getting into the streamer Pokesomething threatening to beat someone up over a bad review. No worries he got shut down now he’s just breaks for Steve Aoki (he’s an investor) so he got rewarded for it. STAY AWAY because even if you hit the big card your after you won’t get it and whatnot won’t do anything. I can’t wait for the day they go under or get hit with a class action lawsuit. All of this info is easily found.
I got kicked out mid live I was like 4 hours in and I got kicked out
Terrible app. Severs shut down everyday after big purchases. Do not download. Very sketchy
Fun app but plagued by awful servers, continuous crashes and bugs
Ebay has live auctions now. I have a very large collection of items to sell worth a lot of money. Been waiting since before Christmas to be approved to sell on the site. 0 help from the support team. Just use eBay. It’s easier and they won’t string you along for a half a year.
Gotta give it to them
Love this app got tons of hotwheels and Pokémon cards on here. Can get good deals if you really pay attention. I’m rating 1 star because the app will no longer run after this update. Idk if it’s just me but I’m pretty frustrated as I had plans on here this weekend. If fixed will rate better but for now 1 star to an app I cant use anymore
I love the platform itself but the app software itself is such a disaster. They need to fire all their programmers and replace them with people who know what they’re doing. I’ve never seen an app that is so consistently glitchy for EVERYONE. Please get it together. There is ALWAYS an issue going on with it. Usually multiple issues.
Bad customer service. They don’t reply to concerns about the item purchased. U can’t cancel items purchased. They sell crap/ garbage. Don’t download this app. Only a few sellers have good stuff. Most of the sellers sell garbage! Stay away! Not recommended!
Once I won my first bin, I was hooked. It’s crazy how addicted I got watching all the different the shows. I found myself constantly on my phone watching the auctions. It’s like an addictive game.
Make sure your phone is charging! It wears down the battery so fast!
Good luck getting your money back if item is not as described or even fake.
For the last 48 hours the app will not load, I have a strong Internet connection ,I have Reload the app twice now
Whatnot is an absolutely a joke especially when a package arrives you have to wait 3 days later to leave feedback, why? What a joke

Delta's app has experienced a recent update that has caused some functionality issues. The flight status display has been shrunk and several flights come up with an error message. The app also doesn't display last-minute gate changes and can show different departure and arrival times. The current iteration of the app has become cumbersome with too much useless content, making it confusing and not very user-friendly. Regardless, some users have reported good experiences with the app with their boarding passes being readily available and easy to access.

Some users also complain about repeated lessons and the lack of diversity in the app. Others have experienced technical issues and poor customer support.
