    8 year old got bored within a day. Plus it kept disconnecting or timing out so it was frustrating. It repeats itself too, so if you do the same activity the next time it just repeats. Boring.

  • I hate this thing!

    I bought this for my son for Christmas and it stinks! Also poor customer service. I’ve done 3 “live chats” where I am told to reset my phone or uninstall the app. Each time I do I have no result and have to start again by putting in a hard to read serial number and product ID.

    They don't work as said . And they give u one month free and make u sign up a criet card. And charge you a 100 no matter what plan you pick and tell you you can't have your money back ..

    This robot is so slow to respond that it becomes frustrating to play with. It will cut out in the middle of a song and restart the same song during the dance mode, which frustrates my 5 year old. The return window is also very short and an odd number of days, so beware.
