    I log into the app and the screen goes black. What’s up with that. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Still doesn’t work. Tried logging in several times and finally gave up.

    I recently wanted to watch some of the content on an airplane and the downloaded videos just did not load! What a waste. I hope the development team considers improving the app for offline mode.
