    No question this book was made by very knowledgeable authors since it has very helpful tools and explanations. The only two considerations I have are:

    This book will be most useful for people who are already acquainted with Lean Six Sigma, for the rest, it will give you an idea but the impact will not be the same.

    Finally, to me, it would have been more helpful if the author had included business cases explaining a problem and how a tool was used to resolve it.

    The book itself is good, no doubt about it, it is just that not all audiences will relate to the information.

    This is truly a pocket guide, a supplement. You cannot use this book as a teaching tool unless you have a another book that teaches Lean principles. It skips around and gives references to other pages you haven’t even read yet.

  • Contents are great, Publishing Company not so much

    While the contents are informative, I am in disbelief that this particular book went through an editing process. Noticeable grammatical errors, literally, within the first paragraph. I purchased this book as I already own a copy but is in my office. Now that I work from home, I wanted to replace it at home. As soon as I took it out of the box, the size was noticeably smaller that I remember. None the less, as soon as I started reading it I noticed major grammar and verbiage errors. Unreal.
