Mkopa was very good in the beggining but lately I don't understand what is going on,I have been a very faithful and trusted client but lately when it comes to gettin loan always am not eligible despite me paying on time and then I have noticed another thing I can pay a for a week I usually pay KSHS 75 but let's say I pay on wed at 9am on 3/12/2024 for a week they will state that my phone will lock on wed 10/12/2024 at 9am yes,come Thur at 9am they will add for me a late payment of kshs.75 how??
