They are trusted but their customer service is horrible !!! They take too long to answer and they eventually don’t even give you the help you need directly. We can be exchanging emails but the customer service would take 2 business working days to respond and the problem hasn’t even bern resolved yet.

What a rip off send money only to realise there rate was very low compare to others and I have been using them for so long now well not anymore not bothered looking around as I thought they would atlist match same rate a bit or the way it is even if they wanted to make money off people that is very low to go not very nice

These Nigerians are full of crap
These Nigerians are full of crap. Opened up an Account with LemFi and did not use their services at all as the app didn’t allow me. I emailed them and they kept asking me for source of funds etc although I had t even made any transactions with them. I complained and they said they closed my account as I don’t meet section 8 of their terms and conditions which didn’t even apply to me. However iam using a friend LemFi account to send money which is downloaded on my phone.

WARNING!!! Do not use LemFi, they will frustrate you to death. I downloaded the app and sent money severally and my account was disabled all of a sudden without any reason. I kept calling LemFi customer support and a ticket was opened. After more than 20 calls and over 6 weeks of no solution to reopen my account, all that the customer service representative will tell me is that we have escalated your issue, I requested for my balance of $185.
