  • Flaky even on good wifi

    Fine when it works but very unreliable.
    On my iPhone for a week I couldn’t even get the app to load properly despite reinstalling multiple times.
    On iPhone, iPad and fire stick, when it does load be prepared for live streams to stop often and having to restart the shows regularly.
    I run other apps on the same devices including Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney, Apple TV, and IPlayer without any problem.

  • A great opportunity wasted - forced Autoplay

    This app had so much going for it but as a premium subscriber for a year I won’t be renewing as the forced Autoplay is just rude. If I fall asleep while watching late at night it just keeps going and I really loose my place.
    Not too much to ask to have this option.
    Also continue watching sometimes shows and often doesn’t.
    Annoyingly after paying for ad free many programmes and movies have a notification due to rights restrictions ads have to be shown.
    For that very reason and all of the above - I’m out!!!!

  • Worse tv app for Apple TV

    Keeps crashing especially during adverts for live tv so you have to keep shutting down the app, worse app ever wish I never got a years subscription!

  • Cannot get any worse

    Hands down the absolute worst app I have ever used. Does not respond to anything, options to watch from beginning do not work, more ads on here than Temu! ITV Developers get some common sense when building an app, useless!
