Insightful Youper Feedback Analysis: Navigating User Discontent

Youper's Transition to Paid Model Sparks User Discontent

Users express disappointment over Youper's transition to a paid subscription model, stripping away essential features like meditation, guided exercises, and the personalized catalog. Many long-time users feel abandoned as the app shifts to prioritize monetization over offering genuine mental health support. The once valuable app now bombards users with ads, limiting functionality unless a subscription is purchased. Complaints include forced payment pop-ups, lack of notice about feature removal, and decreased effectiveness of the AI chatbot. Users highlight the loss of helpful tools, diminishing Youper's value and accessibility for those seeking mental health assistance.
