The location was good, and I'm glad they had parking. Breakfast was great for my family and I. Cleanliness of the room could use more attention to detail. Found lots of hairs on bedding and in the bathroom upon arrival.
Staff is awesome, rooms comfortable, easy walk to Metro. Not many restaurants around, but there is delivery, and free hot breakfast. Pool and hot tub a plus. The staff makes this place a joy to stay at this was our 4th stay, will go back.
We chose primarily for the hot tub - which is tiny and tepid. Rude front desk, stopped up sink drain, cave-like room, it was a big mistake staying here.
Convenient location for the national mall area, walking distance to everything..and awesome staff and atmosphere..Walkability: 2 blocks from everything..Went out at night 9pm and walked around to see the lights near the mall..
Good location - 15 min walk from Air and Space museum, 4 minute walk from Federal SW Metro, approx 10-12 min walk from CVS and Safeway, and 1 minute walk to Z Burger. Nice hotel lobby, breakfast area, and rooms. Safe and secure - keys required for elevator and security at door.
Great place to stay with family and kids. It's a walking distance to museums. If you drive SUV be very careful using their on-site, next door garage. It is very steep with tight turns to get in/out. They need to make the entrance and exit wider.
