Mixed Reviews for Liaison Lash: Satisfaction with Products, Frustration with Shipping & Customer Service

I’ve been waiting for my package for more than two months. When contacting with the help support they try to send me another package a month ago. It didn’t arrive. Every time I ask for my money back since I payed the insurance they stop answer my emails. I’m very very unhappy with their services and help support!

I have been using this product daily for several years. I get compliments and told how beautiful my lashes are by strangers regularly. It originally took going through a tube to start get others to notice. Keep that in mind. I've had zero irritation. It is so easy to use. A quick swipe on my lash line after a shower. I do my upper and lower lashes. The price is good and the product is great. You won't regret it. It is the real deal

I would give it 0 stars .. I placed an order on August 18.. paid 79 dollars .. ( they charge your credit card before they ship your order). It is now 7 weeks and I still haven’t received my order ( along with a free item for my troubles) tried calling the phone number on their site 20 times and no one answers the phone .. email customer service and receive the same answer again and again that they should have the stock within two weeks .. Now I want my money back … will see how that goes .. the product might be good but you most likely won’t receive it .. Does anyone know the parent company? .. just want to speak with a human being ( not sure if Jenny exists??😡😡😡

Like the last reviewer, after nearly a month of waiting and contacting the company twice, I was aghast to receive a letter from Royal Mail informing me that I had to pay £72 excise on top of what I had already paid for the products. No where on their website is this made clear, and the duty paid is on the FULL PRICE not the discounted. This is misleading and I'm truly disappointed that they were so underhand about it. Forget long lashes I'd rather have honest companies.UPDATE: To date, despite chasing for my refund, I have still not received it. That's over 5 weeks now. Initially I was told not to accept the delivery and it would be sent back. Upon receipt they would issue the refund so when I got the letter from Royal Mail I did not send the excise fees. After writing several times I am now told that I should send the products back to get a refund. I NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!! This company is fraudulent. Buyer beware!

The products are amazing! Using my third bottle of the lash bond.Quick shipment, also very helpfull helpdesk when having questions about the shipment.

I would have left more stars but here is the problem: I have purchased from this brand before and initially saw some improvement with brows but not impressed with the lash serum, but after 4 months - yes I can see slightly longer lashes so am happy from that point. HOWEVER after placing another order for products, and experiencing some delay, I eventually received a letter from Royal Mail informing me I was being charged Import duties of £80!!! I knew it was wrong and it should have been less than half that, but it is because THE COMPANY PUTS DOWN THE FULL RRP OF GOODS SOLD, NOT THE ACTUAL PRICE THE CUSTOMER PAYS, so the fees charged were excessive. Therefore I refused to pay and it is being returned to sender. Oddly I did not get charged with 2 prev orders for various Liaison products. I did contact Liaison, who did refund me on proof of refusal to accept the order. I am sure it is against regulations to put such a high value on the customs declarations which I can imagine only serves to benefit the company; because in case of loss I guess they claim back the stated value instead of the actual discounted purchase price - it is not fair to customers affected. This is really bad and as such I likely won't buy from them again because it substantially increases costs. They said they were unable to change their system and put the ACTUAL purchase price for the products on the paperwork... never had this problem before and I buy a lot from overseas. I always try to keep the price below the import tax threshold, but in any event, Liaison putting a value of well over £300 on the package for an order I paid much less than half that figure (and this included taxes and shipping), was absolutely wrong in every sense of the word. It is enough for UK buyers to be put off purchasing larger orders from them.
