    While this book might be good, there were pages that weren't bound, most pages were cut incorrectly, and many pages that were actually bound were upside down. The index is in the front of the book. Poor printing all around. Unfortunately the book was ordered early for a gift and wasn't opened until after the return deadline passed. Will not recommend any book from this editor.
