Two main things that make me hate using Grab: 1. My card keeps getting declined when I wanna book a grab or top-up for no reason! Then everytime I have to delete the card and re register it to use, and everything I get deducted RM1 for no reason 😡 2. Very hard to get grab drivers even when you can see some nearby you! Granted I've cancelled some befor but that's cause those who are 20, 30 minutes away would accept my grab request. Like can't there be a radius limit for a driver to accept?!! 😡

The grab car it's okay The Wallet and food are bad. Transaction between other food app, aka McDonald fail but still took my money. Try to report the issue but hard to navigate the app.
