One of the best biryani and pulav I’ve ever had. The biryani has all the right flavors and spice, and the chicken pulav is just amazing. And their Hyderabadi tea with Osmania biscuits is a must-try!

Oh, here we go again with the made-up stories! Just to be clear — we never asked for a free salad. We specifically said we’d pay for it as a side. Why would we ask for anything free when we already paid $30 for the worst biryani ever? If we were that desperate, we would’ve accepted the gulab jamun you offered — but we didn’t.
And about your ‘half chicken’ remark — you might want to recheck your own menu. The special chicken biryani is supposed to come with chicken, right? What a pity your team doesn’t seem to know that. I already mentioned some of the portion was broken and mixed with rice . egg 🥚 — why talk about it again when it’s clearly there? 😂
And about the chicken lollipops — your staff took them back, said it would take more time to bring the other one, but it never reached us. After finishing the biryani, we waited another 20 minutes and then cancelled it. Also, check your cameras — the biryani was served at 6:08 PM. Facts don’t lie.
So before posting these fairy tales, maybe start by respecting your customers and serving hot food instead of cold excuses.

I’ve been to this restaurant three times — hoping things would improve — but apparently, I like getting disappointed on repeat. Out of those three visits, two were pure disasters.
This time I went to this restaurant with my family, expecting at least normal dinner — but ended up watching a live dance show instead! There were only two customers (excluding us), so basically the restaurant was emptier than my patience after 45 minutes of waiting… for cold chicken lollipops.
To make things spicier, the server was too busy dancing instead of serving. When I politely asked why the lollipops were cold, she fired back, “Why do you think it’s not fresh?” — and I swear, my soul left my body for a second.
After another 15-minute wait, the “special chicken biryani” arrived — and oh boy, it was special indeed. Half the egg 🥚 smelled like raw fish, and the chicken pieces looked like they’d been rescued from a blender😂. The manager proudly claimed, “I made it fresh for you” — sure, maybe yesterday.
When I complained, they tossed me 3 gulab jamuns as an apology (or maybe a peace offering). We left them untouched, paid the bill, and escaped that food horror show. No apology, - that's great Fursat’s hospitality.
