    EDWARDO on front desk was 1st class he spoke great english and was so helpful in all my queries, the room was spotless clean , and breakfast, spot on i cannot fault the hotel , it was so close to tube train ,busses and great walking views

    Hotel locate in good neighbors, very safety place, close subway line, lot of atractions, we can visit Liberdade neighbor, Mercado Municipal market, Pacaembu statium that soccer museum is locate. close hotel we have restaurants and other options for eat and drink.

  • centrally located hotel , very co-operative staff

    hotel location is very good , 2 minutes from Metro /Tube , walking distance 10 minutes for Paulista Avenue , staff very co-operative , rooms are clean and well appointed , would like to stay again while next visit

  • Great Value and location !

    I got a great prize for the stay. The place is really in a good location with a nice restaurant in the side. The staff is professional and gave me a upgrade so I love it. The room was huge and the bk was good.

  • Bad value for the money !

    Great location however, it is not good value for money, I don't recommend the hotel, cables from TV hanging on the wall , worse breakfast ever in Brazil, small lift I ever seen in my life. It's so expensive and you don't get any benefits from it.

    good price and location, breakfast ok, near to Av. Paulista. It was clean and confortable. Wifi signal is instable.Nice staff, room is clean. The room was spacious, with large beds and essential furniture.
