  • Atom cash scam

    I have $37.57 worth in atom cash since 2022 and they will not let me use it. I tried several times to purchase tickets with my atom cash, but instead they charged me full price. And when I talked with customer service they said it was an issue on my end. The customer service is below standard and this is the type of company that will keep taking your money until they go bankrupt, and if that happens they will just make another company and try and do the same scheme in scamming and taking advantage of people. I asked several times for them to just give me my money back so I don’t have to be involved in their grand scheme. If you need to cancel, DO NOT take the atom cash, it is a trap to make you think you have credits with them. You will never get to use your atom cash, it is a loss. Sorry, this company is not for the greater good, but for the greater greed.

  • False advertising!

    Atom claims to allow cancelation anytime before the showtime on their order confirmation screen, but in actuality some films (such as Beyoncé’s new film) are exempted from this policy, but you don’t find out until you try to actually cancel. They then say, you should have read the fine print about the movie before believing what the checkout screen says! A VERY dishonest approach to ticket sales. DO NOT USE ATOM! I took the issue up with two different customer service representatives and also asked to speak to a manager and their response was, sorry, it’s not Atom’s fault, it’s the distributor’s fault. That is patently not true. If the order checkout screen says “cancel anytime” you take their word for it. It does not even warn you that there might be exceptions.

    I used to use this app all the time till one day they said someone had canceled a ticket and because of that they had to deactivate my account. I was so confused because I did not cancel a ticket. I sent multiple emails explaining my situation and they refused to open my account. Now I can’t use the app because my email and phone number are connected on the account that they won’t let me into! Don’t use this app the customer service is extremely rude
