  • Hopeless customer service team cancelled order despite my request not to. Simply ignored my request and responded with pre-fab excuse phrases. Not pleased, causes extra hassle and expense.

  • Signed up, was very happy when my dress sold in 2 weeks, came to post, they only use Fed ex, no depot anywhere near where I live or work. Customer service was useless so cancelled sale and deleted, what a waste of my time
