  • Scam to get your information.

    I tried using this website desperate to find a lender, filled out all the required info to get “offers”. Two days later i get an email saying I have offers available to me. I sign in and i get the “Unfortunately we were not able…” message. And what’s annoying about it is that this company keeps contacting me saying i have offers from lenders when I don’t. Try your local credit union myautoloan.com isn’t reliable at all.

  • Once you’re approved, you’re forgotten

    The start of the experience was great until I was approved, then the move forward experience from there was awful. Its already been more than 30days and I’ve already made my first payment to the new lender, and my old lender has been harassing and my credit is impacted because Auto Approve didn’t mail the payoff check. I called several times, text several times, emailed several times over the period of the month with no response. Awful experience!

    Scammed into enrolling into a credit monitoring service. I did not receive any approval or denial but continuing the application led me to a credit monitoring service which I thought was still part of the application process. Only after I completed everything I realized that I was charge for a monthly reoccurring credit monitoring service. I had to then log back into the autoloan website to get my offers.

    Communication was key! Not only did I get the best loan available to me, I was always kept updated throughout the entire process which was much appreciated and provided a stress free experience!

  • What a scummy site.

    STOP! As soon as you submit your information, magically you will start receiving emails and text messages from dealers in your area stating "Thanks for your interest in our xxxx vehicle, please call me to discuss" They are giving/selling your info to anyone and everyone. I'm sure they've put this in their fine print somewhere, so that makes it OK.....right? I came for auto loan quotes, not sales solicitations from dealers I have never contacted. Oh, but about those auto loan quotes you came for. Don't waste your time. Their "partners" are providing silly rates - I have score of 790 and I'm getting a 28% rate for a $33,000 car loan - LAUGH OUT LOUD. What a joke. Clearly this site only exists to gather and sell personal information to dealers and lenders. And probably to prey on people with poor credit who otherwise cannot get a loan. Either way, they're scum. Avoid it unless you want your inbox to explode with spam offers. Don't forget to go read their BBB reviews - plenty of people have complained that their "partners" have actually done a HARD pull, despite their own FAQ stating that only a SOFT pull is performed.
