  • Currently freezing in my room, because the hotel has a heater option turned off, while itā€™s still chilly outside. Talked to the guest services about 45 minutes ago about providing a portable heater, which hasnā€™t been delivered yet, called them back to check in to see when it would be delivered and was told thereā€™s none availableā€¦

  • We stayed here for four days St Patrick's weekend. Amazing customer service. The lobby is nice and comfy. The room was clean. I loved here. Will definitely stop by next time I'm in Chicago.

  • The hotel rooms are a furnace. No way to turn on AC. If you want to pay for sleepless nights waste your money at this dump. Hotel staff would not help at all. Absolute waste of money.

  • Great location. Just a block or two from the river. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need (restaurant, bar, store, coffee shop, etc). But located also in a good place surrounded by much more out the doors. The rooms are great with amazing views and huge windows. The staff was very sweet and attentive. I had an emergency that required me to get a separate room from my travel companion and Emma was so helpful. I couldn't ask for a better stay. I was here last year, I'll be back again.
