Wonderful stay right in the middle of Times Square. The staff makes you feel very comfortable and provide 5 star service. The rooftop overlooks the ball drop. Would be an amazing spot for New Yearâs Eve!
Great location and the bed is pretty comfortable! The service is slow and the elevators donât always work.
Food was very mediocre for a 4 star experience. Room was nice.
Fantastic experience. Couldn't be happier. Every person was so helpful. Beautiful rooms, excellent location. Can't recommend enough.Nearby activities: Times Square is right there.Walkability: Easy to walk to lots of places. Food, shopping and landmarks all nearby.
EXCELENTE UBICACION..... HABITACIONES AMPLIAS Y MUY LIMPIAS.... UN TERRAZA CON UNA VISTA MUY BONITA.... MUY RECOMENDABLE....
I absolutely loved staying here. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly, so the vibe of the place felt authentically welcoming. Great cafe on the ground floor and good food options. And the room itself was large and modern. Though this hotel would otherwise have felt too close to the noise of Times Square, this place is a true haven.
