  • I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the car rental experience I recently had with your company while on a trip to Barcelona. My experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, and I am seeking resolution and compensation for the unfortunate events that occurred during my rental.My experience at the rental desk was far from satisfactory.At the rental desk, I was asked to provide my ID, driving license, and to pay the rental cost, which amounted to approximately 100€. Shortly after, I was offered additional insurance options, one with a 2000€ deposit and associated risks, and another with the highest insurance coverage available. I was assured that this comprehensive insurance would cover everything, and I was charged 192€ for 3 days of coverage. Given that this was my 6th or 7th time renting a car, and taking into account the value of the vehicle, I decided to opt for the full coverage insurance offered by your company.The car I received was marked with stickers from your rental company, both at the front and back. However, my experience took a turn for the worse within less than 2 hours of receiving the vehicle, as all of our belongings, including my MacBook laptop (valued at 2500€) and girlfriend's MacBook laptop (valued at 1200€), were stolen by thieves. We had left the car parked on the street near the beach for a mere 50 minutes, and upon our return, our personal items were gone. The feeling of vulnerability and loss was truly devastating.What makes this situation even more distressing is that we took every precaution to avoid becoming victims. We did not display any valuables in the car, and we did not engage in any reckless behavior that would attract thieves. Remarkably, the thieves left my wallet untouched, which was stored in the glove compartment, and they did not even smash that window. It is evident that they targeted the vehicle due to the prominent stickers and overall visibility that indicated it was a rental car.We promptly reported the theft to the local police, who informed us that such incidents are sadly common due to the visibility of rental vehicles. This is something that OK Mobility should have made customers aware of, as it significantly impacts the safety of your clients.Subsequently, we contacted OK Mobility and returned the vehicle, requesting a similar replacement. The staff member at the rental desk mentioned that they encounter such incidents on a daily basis and assured us not to worry. However, what was particularly concerning was the revelation that our personal items inside the car were not covered by the insurance. This contradicted the initial information we were provided, which led us to believe that "everything was covered." Furthermore, we only received all the rental documents via email after receiving the key, and our address on the documentation was incorrect.My frustration with OK Mobility's handling of this situation cannot be overstated. The practice of prominently displaying stickers on your rental vehicles without adequate warnings about potential risks and vulnerabilities is unacceptable. The misinformation regarding insurance coverage and the lack of responsibility and hospitality exhibited by your team has left me deeply dissatisfied.I must also express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the vehicle itself. Throughout the rental period, we encountered various issues, including constant notifications, tire pressure problems, roof problems, Bluetooth connection issues, and more. This further compounded our negative experience.I kindly request that OK Mobility address this situation promptly and provide appropriate compensation for the distress and financial loss we have incurred as a result of this rental.   • No se los demás y porque lo dicen ,pero si tienen oficina dentro del aeropuerto por decir más solo salir esta enfrente entre otras compañías, personal muy agradable y eso q lo hice todo por teléfono anteriormente, en 8 minutos ya tenía la llave me indicaron q al salir a la derecha había el parking y allí estaba al igual q el coche un citroen C3 nuevecito , tango q decir q al salir todo bien pero de golpe se encendió una luz y volví a la agencia sin ninguna pregunta más q verlo me lo cambiaron por uno superior un Peugeot 3008 híbrido también nuevo, q se puede decir q un gran servicio rápido y eficiente a la vez q la señorita muy profesional, el último día fui lo dejé en el parking q lo recogí dejé las llaves y ya esta, solo decir gracias y hasta otra

  • Thieves. Straight thieves lol.Whatever the website tells you, expect to pay 100-300 euros more for deposits that they dont mention until the last minute.Dont put too much faith in your car selection either as they never give you the car you see on the page.
