  • Horrible. This company has horrible business practices and hidden fees. They stole 400€ from me due to an agent error and have refused to reimburse the money. Simply put, this is the worst experience I have ever had with any business.I am editing my review to respond to your response.I spent weeks speaking with customer service. It was utterly useless. Because of these business practices I have shared my exchanges with Record Go with a representative of the European Parliament because I truly believe your business practices are abhorrent, attempt to swindle customers and should be illegal. I informed customer service I would not give up until there is a resolution either from Record Go directly or via legislation which will remedy the situation and ultimately provide refunds not only to myself but to the many other people who have apparently been swindled by your company.

  • Reservamos el coche (Alfa Romeo Stelvio) con varios días de antelación para el Aeropuerto de Barcelona con check in online para facilitar la recogida. Al llegar, hay un totem para confirmar la recogida pero hay ciertas opciones que, de haberlas activado o querer añadir extras, no se permiten por este medio y te atienen en mostrador. Siendo así, a pesar de que había cola enseguida nos atendieron, si bien, luego el coche no estaba listo y tuvimos que esperar como una hora al haber pedido el de alta gama, las alternativas que nos daban para no esperar eran de menor acabado así que si o si, nos tocó esperar. Trabajan con hora estimada de llegada de otros coches de entrega previa para añadir la disponibilidad del elegido en ese día/horario, pero es cierto que dependen de que el cliente previo cumpla el horario para que el coche esté disponible cuando toque. Así, entendimos el retraso y la atención de la comercial del mostrador fue correcta y amable. El coche luego todo OK y al contratar todoriesgo, no hubo pegas a la hora de entregarlo.Como pequeña reserva, no disponen de cadenas, algo que por normativa es obligatorio, si fuera el caso que vas a zona de montaña y cae nieve abundante. Aunque no nos nevó en Andorra (donde fuimos) hubiese sido un “pequeño” problema en caso de haberlas necesitado.En relación calidad/precio, está bastante bien la marca (Record Go). Las alternativas para la misma gama estan en casi el doble o el triple en las empresas habituales.Nota sobre 10 de un 8.
