  • The worst Logistic Company in the World. Using them 4 times in 4 months, once every month, just one time delivered on time. The rest always late for days.. They even cant recognize my address. Second they didnt recognize my address, 3rd, 4th, the same. The status "on hold" for 5 days. The Worst Company! They dont know how to solve the problem. How come same problem happened every month. Other logistic Company did a great service and on time.

  • DHL gives out over a dozen types of tracking number, and the only one we can use on the app is a 10 digit DHL Express tracking number. I was given an eCommerce tracking number, and the app won't let me enter it in. What's the point of this app, if I can't even use it?
