    I placed my order yesterday morning and it’s arrived via Amazon this afternoon.The jumper was a restock that I’ve had my eye on.The item came beautifully packaged. I can’t comment on returns as haven’t had to yet. The jumper is a lovely quality and can’t wait to wear it.My experience has been faultless.

  • Awful returns policy

    Awful returns policy, they charge you £3.95 to return your items then take forever to refund. They acknowledged my return 2 weeks ago but still no sign of my refund. Avoid

  • Great customer service

    No fuss. Very helpful and even when she got the first response incorrect she owned up, apologised and dealt with the issue quickly. The clothes received were lovely, and great quality. Would order again from here

  • Des frais supplémentaires à plus de 30 euros …

    Ce site est tout simplement une escroquerie. Des frais de livraison de 20 euros pour la France, et si par malheur la taille n'est pas conforme (j'ai commandé du 38, c'était trop petit), le retour vous coûte encore 9 euros, sans garantie de remboursement des frais initiaux. C'est inacceptable et franchement honteux. Évitez-le absolument, c'est une perte de temps et d'argent assurée.Suite au problème j’ai tout de même eu plusieurs mail du service client très réactif j’ai donc augmenter ma note de deux étoiles

  • I want my refund!!!

    Sent a return which has been acknowledged. Advised a refund would be processed within 10 days. This has not materialised. Sent an email advising to be told it may take a week for them to respond. Totally unacceptable. The money is needed. Contacted my bank and no sign of this being processed. If I don’t receive said refund by Monday being the next working day I will have to contact my bank for a chargeback/fraudulent transaction
