Hotel was dirty we seen rubbish left on the floor for three days The staff changed our towels and left the rubbish even though it was in plastic bags the breakfast was good on saturday but on monday no scrambled egg no bacon no sausage and no fruit when l asked for fruit l was told no so it was bread and butter or nothing it was shocking and we occupied six rooms for four days so it was not an isolated event To top it off my daughter was charged a 300 euro bar bill that was not hers and then told she had already checked out It was crazy if you are thinking of this hotel please dont I also had to complain about staff leaving two of our room doors open ie 141 and 138 which we found after returning from a funeral the place is not good
Service at checkout was terrible. Girl was very unfriendly and didnât try to do anything to solve an issue. She was lying and didnât want to get a manager to take over. Very unprofessional and a good reason bot to come again
This hotel isnt a five star, they are shirt to staff, the hotel is verry dusty on the inside.... There not guests friendly.....this blond gurll was verryyy rudeeee The food is 1 out of 10 i got sick the food was cold and raw...
I love the area, I went to run in the afternoon and close by the hotel is very beautiful, there are many forests and streets full of trees. The family room for 2 adults and 2 children are perfect. The room was not very clean, I think they forgot to use the vacuum cleaner. And long time they did not cleaned the airco neither. Coupon for drink is a nice gesture. The water in the swimming pool is not very warm, but we really enjoyed it.
Room as such was OK. But twice house keeping did not come to clean it. Due to lack of staff. Yes, covid but also because the hotel cannot keep the workers. Poor payment makes them demotivated. Staff must do everything: reception, kitchen, serving, cleaning,....
the staff is really friendly but the hotel need to work on the rooms. A heating possibility in the bathroom is a must but the room I had didn't had a chance to heat up the bathroom. The whole room was cold when I arrived and the heating in the room hasn't warmed up the room. Bar and Restaurant are OK. Breakfast is expensive.
I like this hotel so much .... - Good location , walk distance to city center - nice good personnel from hotel school - good breakfast - quiet - dinner menu , limited but food fir me was good - good atmosphere in the hotel bar . - quick check in and check out And Iâll be back in January. Good recommendation is , Iâm staying this hotel since 2011 or so!!!
Weâve recently returned from a weekend in Apeldoorn and stayed in the Het loo hotel for two nights. We travelled with our two young children aged 3 and 5. We were allocated room 258 on the fourth floor which was large and spacious with two twin beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom was adequate and clean. We paid extra for breakfast and it was a satisfactory continental breakfast. In my opinion the breakfast is not really value for money but it was convenient. Staff are very friendly and check in / check out was prompt and easy. The only thing that I have to complain about is that housekeeping did not attend to our room on Saturday, but fresh towels were provided when we rang reception to complain. I found this oversight very disappointing. This is the second time we haveâŚ
Very nice place. Stayed during a North Europe to uk drive. Nice restaurant, bar and rooms. Good location and easy to find. Lots of car parking. On top of this there is a swimming pool. Great value and will stay again.
Very good hotel and spacious. They have a lovely indoor pool that one could use , which was nice considering it was winter and the weather was cold, the pool was well heated . The staffs were very friendly and warm
