When I went into the store, the staff was there to help, but not pester me and answered all my questions so kindly!! The in store experience was great!! Kelly, who updated me on the arrival time of the delivery, was so kind and immediately responded quickly to my questions! Finally, the delivery men (John) were MORE than helpful and accommodating in every way!! They helped unload it and wrap it back up as I was putting it in a uhaul to take with me and even helped rearrange the uhaul to better fit my furniture! They went above and beyond and were so nice! Overall, GREAT experience here with ordering from Home Zone!
Joseph, the tech, showed up on time, actually a little early. Fixed my coffee table. It looks amazing.

I never feel pressured to get buy anything. The workers are always trying to spot my the best deals.
Upon arriving we were greeted, but allowed to look around without being bothered. We were told if we had any questions or needed help to just come to ask. We did have questions, and the sales associates were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was July 4th so my furniture could not be delivered, but I was offered an option to pick it up myself, which I did. The warehouse workers were efficient and helpful.
Firstly i browsed and bought items that 'simple' make a statement in our understated living room. Second visit with my girl-shopping friend. She chose the ice- cream at the door and I indulged with her. The store is huge and layed out with decor for a beautiful modern comfortable home. Nick assisted me in choosing the exact chair for my hubby. There were 4 color options. We look forward to the delivery!
James was extremely helpful,no high pressure, answered all my questions, I appreciate that he gave me time to wander around the showroom while trying to make my selection. He was awesome!Thank you James!!
Everyone we dealt with at the store from the first time we were greeted until we paid for a loveseat were knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
When we first walked in the door we were greeted in a friendly manner and promptly offered a drink of water or soda. Then they let us browse and ask questions as we needed to instead of following us around.

We are new to north Texas. Googled furniture stores and found Home Zone. We were warmly greeted by Joe who got to know us and our needs. He showed us lots of options that would work. Joe went the extra mile with friendly offers of water, soda or ice cream. In the end Joe took the time to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Home Zone in Denton is a great store with lots of inventory. Make sure you ask for Joe when you visit. You won't be disappointed.
Everything was as promised. The delivery people were more than helpful and went above and beyond the bare necessities.

The manager Daniel! He is so great. Fun to work with. He is a no pressure, here to help, give a smile kind of guy. Lovely pieces throughout the store. Home accents that make you go, "Oh WOW!" Home Zone represents Texas well. Where else can you get a bottled Dr. Pepper on them? Great store.
I was given space to look around and when I needed to ask questions my sales person was easy to find and was able to help with what I needed. It was easy when it came time to check out all y concerns were addressed and it all went smooth! I was happy.

Friendly sales associates. Courteous to let me shop, rather than attempting to push me into buying something I really wouldn't want. Initial contact had to go to lunch, handed me off to another sales associate. Initial sales associate asked questions that I did not consider and made suggestions as well.

Very helpful sales associates and stock room freight loading associates. Prices were great value. We bought clearance items and didn't notice all the nicks until we loaded the trailer. But very pleased when we set everything up. It was everything we wanted.
Ryland gave me better service then I have had anywhere before. The store is amazing. I will never shop for furniture anywhere else EVER AGAIN!!!
