Not had the juicer long, so far very pleased with it. Easy to use and allows me to do other things whilst the juicer is working. Dry pulp and good juice yield with a bit of fine sediment at the bottom of the glass jug I use to collect the juice. Slightly longer clean up compared with Omega VSJ. Juicer posted on day of order and arrived next day.

I’m always nervous about ordering stuff through companies I’ve never heard of and I’ve found online but it was great. Easy to order and arrived in a couple of days as promised.

I bought two expensive slow juicers from UK Juicers five years ago, Matstone and Samson. I haven’t used them as much but when a part broke I received a replacement. The disturbing part was that those replacement parts weren’t the same as the original ones. They would break immediately after the third or fourth use and they weren’t the same quality as the original ones. The vegetables were always the same with the hardest being carrots and beetroot. Four or five times I had to ask for a replacement of the plastic drum and the juicing screen. And there were always those conversations from uk juicers pointing that the customer is doing something wrong. The parts would always come in poorer and poorer quality and I was always scared when they are going to break again. Not a peaceful juicing at all.I was really disappointed by the sarcastic answer of the uk juicers representatives Joe and Helen, whose answer was that I cannot return the juicer after “so many years” of use, neither to receive replacement of the broken parts. Now, the guarantee of the whole machine is 10 years, the parts - 5 years. You have to buy the parts yourself after the 5th year. They are very expensive and they look like items from Poundland. I have bought the juicer to use it long-term as much as possible, not to change this heavy machine every 3 or 4 years. At the moment I have a juicing machine motor which I cannot use because the plastic drum broke again and £25+posting is what I have to pay every month which doesn’t appeal to me.I am not sure if other companies are more helpful, but if you want to buy a juicer do a good investigation about the quality of the parts and how often they break before buying anything. My experience with uk juicers has been a struggle. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them, especially slow juicers.

Fabulous product, so easy to use, easy to clean and far greater juice yield than other cold press juicers. Excellent speed of delivery for a high quality product, the cleaning brush with swivel mini tool is also very clever. Best juicer out there!!! Pricey but worth every penny!!

So far so good. Simple to set up and use. The pulp is dry and it squeezes everything from the fruit/veg. The only fruit I found didn’t squeeze as well as the other fruit was pineapple.

I received advice on replacement model once spares were no longer available for failing model. Replacement is not as compact as we would like, but it performs well.

I have always received the best customer service with this company. Nothing is ever too much to solve. I will never go to another company.
