    This is such a great website! I love that it is simple to use. The online template designs are easy when needed. And I especially love the quality of the products! They also reach out to you when the resolution of images are not great, which is awesome! I would highly recommend this website to anyone!!

    Manual review process doesn't let you resize image and manual review person won't resize for you. There is a fee for manual review but its useless.

  • Sales Email with Deceiving Discount

    The discount rate 10% that was personally emailed to me was misleading. My order was approx. $1500 and I only received a $50 discount. The email itself did not mention a Max discount rate. It felt more like a bait and switch technique. There are terms on the website that speak to the max discount rates but the are buried at the bottom of the page. The email refers to checking general terms. I looked for a section called General Terms and could not find one. I have been a long time customer of Got Print. I think the quality of printing is good and generally the service is good but this to me was deceiving and I felt compelled to share my experience. Thanks.

  • Terrible Service

    Had Got Print produce business cards and two-sided flyers. The flyers were printed with good quality but printed incorrectly---Got Print blamed us for the error and offered only a partial refund despite the evidence we provided. The business cards were awful -- poor print quality and cut lines showing despite providing a full bleed file. They blamed us again and offered only a partial refund. We had everything reprinted at Staples without issue (and lower cost).
