Gixxted Bluetooth Headset with ENC: Comfort, Sound Quality, and Dual Connectivity

So far I am really happy with this headset, it blocks out all outside noise, even with my windows open and I live on a very busy street.

The instructions are really clear on how to use with both Bluetooth and the dongle and I had it running in no time.

I also really like how the mic is flip up to mute. Makes trying to find the mute button quickly when a cough or sneeze is coming a thing of the past.

Great sound quality both with the headphones and transmitting sound through the microphone. I thought the headphones werr going to slide down as I wore them because they didn't cover my ears like gaming headphones do, but they stayed in place fine! Not quite as noisy cancelling as gaming type headphones but sound quality was more important than noise cancelling, so they tick my boxes.

I also like the microphone up (mute) feature. Very convenient with kids around!

I'm still using this item, though I want to replace it soon. I use the headset for work meetings and personal time. The sound is nice, though sometimes it changes depending on whether I'm using the mic or not. When using the mic, the sound gets lower and "stuffier" sounding. When I'm not using the mic, the sound is clear. It's fine for music, videos with talking and games.

It hurts my ears after a little while. They've become rather pink from using the headset for a few hours (and I use my computer and headset for more than 10 throughout the day, with breaks of course). A reason is because the pads still sink inward in the middle, it's not just a flat or even slightly convex surface. That bends my ears a little.

Also, despite the dongle being nearby, the sound sometimes cuts off or delays video sound from visuals. I can't seem to fix that, no matter where I stick the dongle, what settings I use on Windows 10, etc. It's annoying to turn off and on the headset many times just to make it work in MS Teams or Skype or YouTube.

(An aside, I can't seem to find a current on-ear headset with mic that is comfortable and the sound is great, and the price isn't too much. I hoped this one would be the answer, but not yet.)

My job requires me to communicate
in several meetings. I share office with people and the device cancels the noise. My colleagues used to complain about background noise, when I used my previous headset. However, this product is extremely reliable and ensures that I have uninterrupted communication. I highly recommend it.

You don't hear your own voice in the headphones and since the ear piece sit firm on your ears, it is awkward to hear your voice improperly.

The battery lasts all of 15 minutes....even less sometimes....even after a full charge...

I purchased these headphones for work and they are great. The dual headset fits comfortably. Mic and sound is perfect.
Customers are unable to hear any background noise. Happy with my purchase.
