The website is down, and I need to order a refill. Telephone service has a ridiculously long wait. Oh, and I have using the website to keep track of my Rx, so I don't even know the Rx # of what I need to get a refill. I have sent an E-mail, so maybe someone will answer it, but I rather doubt it.
Update!!! 3 d ago I had posted that I had been struggling to get my medicine, and had posted a review. Today, out of nowhere my medicine arrived in the mailbox. I’m relieved that this company is real, but I’m only giving them 4 Stars, as they definitely need to get better at responding to emails or phone calls.
They used to be good. But I will never order from them again. I have an order in their purgatory that keeps saying "Pending Provider Confirmation". My provider has called them and was told that I have to order online or by phone and once I pay, the order will be filled and delivered. Funny, the order is showing in their system online and they have my credit card in their system. I tried calling them, got cut off after 17 minutes just as I was the next caller in line. What a disappointment. Their prices were great but their service is awful.
Sent in a rx. After 3 weeks and still no meds. Checked on line and said I canceled. I did not. Tried for 4 days to contact. No return emails or answer to chats!
The GeniusRX website has zero functionality, they do not respond to emails and the hold times average 1 hour. Not worth dealing with these guys.
