The buttons came looking very nice in the box and I was very excited to open them. The first button worked great but the second one wouldn't turn on! đ very disappointing!
I suppose we get what we pay for. Both buttons record the voice commands with poor quality. On second day, button stopped working on one. A week later the second button stopped working. We did not use this daily and maybe trained with it under 50 presses.
Works well. You have to hold the button away to record. It will sound better. We told our puppy âpressâ and gave her a treat. After a few tries she was pressing to get a treat. So cute!
I set up my first button for "food" and put the button in a colored template on the floor next to the food. I left the room for 10 minutes and when I returned my cat had stolen the button and ran off with it. Guess she's not interested...
One of the two buttons didnât work out of the box. I emailed customer support and they havenât responded 4 days later.
2 weeks in and my cat knows the difference between the food and play buttons. Heâs not yet pressing on them on his own but heâs understanding.
