Critical Reviews of Furnished Finder: Unauthorized Renewals, Scams, and Poor Service

I am very thankful to Michelle She was sweet, patient and kind and very knowledgeable. Not only help me with navigating my listing, but it gave me a lot of tips to how to avoid future challenges. She has a fantastic manner on customer service.

Michelle was amazing, so patient and kind with me while walking through the application process. I’m so happy I was able to have her help me and would definitely use her again for any of my questions or problems.

This is a total scam for landlords. We joined and never received one lead. We rented the property through zillow and the auto renew kicked in and charged us again. There is no way to delete your listing. Stay away from this service. I disputed the charge on my credit card because the company said there are no refunds, but they have no way to delete or stop auto charging.

Michelle Cardeon was terrific! She took the time to walk me through the process of listing my property; helping me to understand how important it is to edit my listing and saving the information. In addition, Michelle rearranged my photos in such a way to appeal to prospective tenants. She is knowledgeable, patient, professional and sweet as she can be. What a relief to have worked with her. I tried to do this with at least with 3 other consultants at Furnished Find but they didn't compare to Michelle. She is awesome!

I was lucky enough to have Michell Cardona answer my call. She guided me through some problems I was having like the expert she is.
