  • I’m Vietnamese but I have to admit that our customer service system in general should be improved. That was really a shame that I live abroad for many years and back to my hometown and receive those kind of attitudes (cool face, no smiles, no greetings, no thanks, no guidance for customers…). Idn what is the main problem but I visited this store because it located near my house. And both experiences weren’t good at all. The 2nd time they charged me 290k VND for a SIM card, I gave 300k VND and they didn’t give my turn. My dad and I left the store without our turn and no farewell from the staff or even a “Thank you”. Absolutely disappointed. I will complain to the main store of Viettel.
