  • Aplikasi belanja apa yg menyediakan kurir terburuk se Indonesia? Yah Tokopedia lah. Mending hapus aja ni aplikasi kalau pengiriman nya masih melenceng dari estimasi!!!! Dan untuk kurir nya semoga sehat" terus dan cepat di pecattttt!!!!!! Dan yg melihat komen ini tolong kasih aplikasi nya bintang 1 biar mereka cepat sadar!!!!!!

  • Harusnya tokopedia bisa kasih kesempatan pembeli memberi rating kepada jasa pengiriman yang digunakan. Kalau pakai kurir rekomendasi mestinya kita bisa tahu jasa mana yang digunakan. Awalnya dijanjikan 5 maret sampai tapi secara sepihak diundur ke tgl 8 maret, padahal masih di sekitar jabodetabek. Lebih baik tokopedia hentikan kerja sama kurir rekomendasi dengan ID Express.

  • Jahat banget Tokopedia, padahal saya cuma pesan parfum evangeline, tapi dibatalin oleh sistem, nggak tau kenapa disitu di kasih keterangan "Dibatalkan karena melanggar syarat dan ketentuan" padahal jelas jelas saya cuma pesan parfum,dan lebih jahat lagi produknya udah saya bayar lewat Alfamart tapi pas dilihat di Tokopedia nya, kok dibatalin, kaget plus kecewa, kok jdinya gitu tokped? Cuma mau beli parfum loh, mana voucher satu satunya lagi, kalo voucher nya dikembalikan sih masih bisa di maafin
