  • Aching kidneys since starting these...

    I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and haven’t noticed any changes in my hair. I am discontinuing usage as I have noticed pain in my kidney area (lower back) since taking these. I’m not sure why they would cause that but they are the only new addition I have added to my supplement routine that would be causing this aching so Im guessing it’s due to them. Maybe a lower dose would stop that recurring ache?

    I am on my 2nd bottle I read it helps with hair graying fast and it honestly helped me with mine I went from having to dye every 2 weeks to once a month...I do take black current seed oil also so I don’t know if it’s the combination but it works

  • Toxic, needs to properly prepared

    Did not feel good after taking it. Stop using immediately after first use felt very sick. Liver felt off, and had headache. Then found out. Should have be sold prepared for consumption. This Now Foti was not Prepared thus the toxins were not removed and that’s felt sick. When prepared correctly the toxins diminish and the benefits are release from the herb. It would be great if Now begins to sell the healthy beneficial prepared Foti and more organic herbs and supplements.
