  • Worst app, worst customer service. I called them about a issue of refund of flight baggage couriered as per makemy trips advise and then they have not solved the issue or paid the refund amount and it is more than 5 months and case is still pending. Hope you guys don't make the same mistake by trusting them. Now when i call them for this issue and ask them to connect my phone to supervisor they just hang up and disconnect my call . Worst customer service and no value for customer.

  • Stop fooling people around.. U people taking 1000 Rs extra N saying guarntee about confirm ticket or else 3x refund.. When my ticket Stuck in wait listed U just refunded my ticket amount.. N the 2X amount ur giving the flight to board in different state.. Just stop fooling around N return my money back.. Or else will go to consumer court N lodge a complaint against U..
