  • Very happy with product

    Gifted this to my daughter as she lost hers. It’s a much better one than I have and she had and works well for her. Almost wish I’d also bought one for myself. Maybe next prime sale day.. she is very pleased with it. I bought orange as it was different then white or black. It’s more a coral color and she did like it. I think battery life is longer than the one she had. The price was very good don’t it was on prime sale day. She was telling me all the features it has and it very happy with this Fitbit.

  • Everything but the watch works for me

    I have had the Fitbit for a year and a half. This Fitbit is light weight and does a pretty good job tracking my activities and working with my apps. But, I travel for work and it never switches time zones without me going into the app and manually syncing the device. As a result, the watch is essentially useless for me. I will be replacing it with an Apple Watch…

  • Worked for only 37 days!

    Completely died today after only 37 days of use. Just shut off and cannot get it to turn back on, despite trying all the things suggested in forums. It was fully charged less than 24 hrs prior. Cannot get it to do a hard reset or anything. I should have heeded the multitude of negative reviews! So frustrating and such a waste! 7 days beyond a return window as well. 😡

  • Doesn't handle time zones well

    Overall, it seems like a good fitness tracker. I like the convenience of having a simple clock and notification device on my wrist as well. However, I travel across multiple times zones multiple times per day for work. The app doesn't sync with the tracker often enough to show the right time on my watch. Additionally, when traveling west, any data accrued during the time zone shift disappears. Seriously?? The underlying framework of the app should run on UTC. It's only been 5 days with the device, but I'm starting to think it's more of a gimmick than a useful health and fitness tracker.
