Terrible service from an overseas call…
Terrible service from an overseas call center and you can’t even understand what is being said. If you ask for someone you can understand you will be socially shamed just for even asking. This is a bad experience just waiting to happen.. Serious people should take their business elsewhere.

I've used them on 5 or 6 listings now (I'm a real estate investor) and have gotten so frustrated with the clunkiness. Main thing is the showings software and dashboard stuff is always a mess and it's hard to wrangle all the details. Then when there's problems, their team takes a day or two to respond (when you have showings actively happening and need a quick response). The customer service people half the time don't really know what's going on or how to solve the issue. But everything else the...

List with Freedom was the best decision I have made in regards to listing my rental home. Sandy Johnson was so prompt in getting me documents and following up on things I needed to submit. The listing and selling process was so easy with List with Freedom. I had a full price contract in less than 24 hours!!

The Whole process was easy and seamless…
The Whole process was easy and seamless like a real estate transaction should be. Once the property was listed, I received requests for showings on Day 1, I ordered the appraisal for my own informational purposes. and I received and accepted the offer the same day. It was a cash offer and the deal closed and funded 10 days later. IT WAS PERFECT!!!
