  • I was expecting more.I reserve my comments as I only came for a day's event and not stayed in the hotel rooms overnight.I wasn't particularly impressed with the toilet facilities. For a hotel in this category, these could be better.In the meeting rooms, we were provided with water, pens and notepads. There was good presentation facilities with good sound quality. I can't complain at all.

  • 지난 설에 초등 아이와 주방시설 있는 3인실에 묵었습니다.전자렌지, 식기 다 깨끗했고 침구도 매우 청결했습니다.위치가 정말 편했어요. 테스코도 바로 코앞에 있고, 초상화박물관, 내셔널갤러리 다 가까워요. 채링크로스역 엄청 가깝고요.저는 영어 잘 못하는 편인데,, 리셉션 분들 친절하게 응대해주셨고요. Ms, Dhalia 이 분이 저희 담당이셨는데, 많이 도와주시고 설명도 잘 해주셨어요! 체크아웃할 때 눈앞에서 디파짓 취소도 바로 해주셨고요, 여러모로 감사드립니다. 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

  • Ayant séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hotel.On m’a accusé d’avoir voler la bouteille de shampoing….. bien sûr je ne l’ai pas fais….J’ai eu la belle surprise 1 semaine après être débité de 3 fois 25 GBP….. alors qu’aucun état des lieux de la chambre a été fait en ma présence.Honteux, établissement à fuir car impossible d’obtenir un remboursement. Ils sont malhonnêtes !

  • Dårlig service, måtte opplyse resepsjonen flere ganger at vi var 3 stk i 1 romsleiligheten for å få seng oppredd ,så håndkle så dyne som kom dag 2. Ikke holdbart til den prisen. Kaffe til frokost måtte en vente lenge på mye rot.
