  • Slow and not loading

    I am using Iphone 14 and have trouble using their app. Whatever I do it's always stuck in white loading screen. As if I don't have internet - this is going both on data and wifi. This is not the case when I use the website. I uninstalled their app because it's useless and just eating space on my phone. Such a waste :(

  • Slow and unresponsive website

    I don’t feel like subscribing another year of premium access with you. Your website is so slow that it would take 30 Minutes just to load a 45kb picture. This has been going on for months and you’re not doing anything to make your website faster. I even try to work on a high end pc and guess what, your website is still loading. What a waste.

  • Not Working

    October 26, 2023 - 10:00 PM. Canva doesn’t work, so many presentations to create… I thought canva was to help make presentation and the like more convenient but I guess not. The last month I’ll avail sa PRO feature because it’s a waste of money and time.

  • Add a “Select All” Option in Trash

    It is such a hassle to delete each items permanently by doing it one by one. Just add a tick button/box for us to have an option to delete trashed items all together.

  • Technical issue with Canva???

    The designs and everything are smooth and nice but when you’re done creating a design and you’re like about to download it which I can’t, I don’t know why it says Canva experienced a technical issue while preparing my design. Please fix it immediately, it’s probably just a bug but I’ll rate it better soon if it gets fixed. Thanks
