  • Rubbish Cheque banking capabilities

    This would be a 5 star app if they could get the cheque banking right. Even a perfect photo of a printed cheque gets rejected for some unknown and unexplained reason.

    What kind of bank leaves its users unable to access their own money for hours when both their app and website are down? This is happening too many times. Sort out your tech issues Natwest. You pay your chief exec enough money! Shame on you!
