  • My furnace stopped working

    My furnace stopped working. I submitted a claim to HWA. I quickly received feedback that my claim was being processed. Within 1-1/2 hours, a technician came to the house and repaired the furnace. Thank you!

    I've had several problems in the 10 years I've owned this house. Each time your company sent someone to do the work has been professional and on time, without exception. I've had no reason to gripe about any of the needed repair work. Keep it up.

    Ryan started out a bit pushy but backed down a lot after we got to talking. He was rather pleasant after that. To call before I had even read the page was a bit annoying but we worked through everything while I was still on the phone.

    The last use of HWA was the best I've experienced since the last time this supplier can to work on my appliance. He was prompt, curtious, and very knowledgeable. I wish I could say the same for the 4 or 5 times HWA has sent out folks who were more interested in extracting money from me that fixing the problems. One group was very discourteos to my wife and left without fixing anything. The next group was dishonest and charged for work they didn't perform. HWA did nothing to remedy the situation.

    It took 23 days from when I called in the claim to final resolution. NOT GOOD! We waisted milk, eggs and other groceries since our refrigerator was not working. It was difficult communicating wih your company. It seemed no one cared about us. As a disabled Army veteran and real estate broker, I'm very disappointed in your service.
