  • Hotel wellness leiden

    Mooie kamer, lekkere koffie op de kamer. Goed ontbijt maar onvriendelijk en afstandelijk personeel. Je werd van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd als je de weg vroeg in het hotel. Het hotel is erg onoverzichtelijk. Je mocht niet van het zwembad gebruik maken dat moest je betalen, alleen in de ochtend van 08.30 - 9.30 uur.

  • Verwendagje maarrrrrrr

    Sauna en kamer zijn prima, restaurant stukken minder. Het viel mij op dat alle aandacht naar het Wellness Restaurant gaat omdat dat stampvol zit en het gewone restaurant niet. Je merkt dat ook hier personeel een probleem is ook in de keuken. Chef special zou zeebaars zijn maar we kregen zalm met champignons en champignon roomsaus, er ging veel fout over all. Duidelijk dat dit hotel draait op de wellness. Jammer dat ze dit niet goed kunnen combineren. Ga nog wel een keer terugkomen maar dan alleen voor de Wellness.

  • Matig hotel

    Geen goede prijskwaliteitverhouding. Ligging hotel prima, maar kwaliteit van onze kamer was onder de maat. Vooral badkamer, geen douchewand of douchegordijn waardoor na het douchen hele badkamer zeiknat was inclusief toilet naast douche en bakje wc borstel. Fohn was te vies om aan te raken. Licht kapot op badkamer en zeepdispenser leeg bij aankomst. Verder maakte hotel een beetje een rommelige indruk, bijv bij ontbijtbuffet en bar in restaurantgedeelte. Personeel wel vriendelijk.

  • Trippeltrap, wie komt daar!

    Bed is echt prima, maar dan kijk je verder: gordijn hangt (deels) op de grond, plafondtegel ligt los - en het is super gehorig, want je hoort iedereen, die door de gang loopt? Bij restaurant goed eten, maar niet hetgeen omschreven staat op menukaart - tonijnsteak met venkel is een goede tonijnsteak maar zonder venkel (voorgerecht), en salade pulled zalm met crème fraiche en dille is zalmsalade zonder cremefraiche en dille;dameblanche is ook niet overeenkomstig kaart etc etc

  • Geduld

    25 minuten wachten voor een bestelling van koffie en een munt thee !! Munt moest je zoeken en bruine blaadjes , honing niet aanwezig koffie werd 10 minuten na de munt thee bezorgd, personeel lijkt zich niet druk te maken met antwoord ! Mijn collega komt zo langs ! Tot 3 x

  • Hotel is prima, ontbijt wat minder en sauna te druk

    De kamer in het hotel is prima. Ruim, goed sanitaire voorzieningen en heel rustig. Alleen voetstappen van de verdieping er boven Bar gaat al om 23.00 uur dicht: een aanfluiting Ontbijt was aangekondigd als uitgebreid: dat viel toch wel wat tegen En de sauna in het arrangement: veel te druk
