  • A happy customer of FAHW so can you...

    I am very pleased with First American Home warranty. Customer service is very efficient and pleasant. I wish that in future contractors that assigned would be from my more local area instead of 1 to 2 hours away, then wouldn't have to wait at times for one week appointment. The contractors assigned in the past were wonderful and I am very happy to be a customer of FAHW.

    ON MARCH 19TH i had my first interview 2 days later had another zoom interview - thought I aced the interview - was told I would hear back......ZIPPO !!!Send HR a message Nothing !!!   • The delay

    The delay between the initial visit from the repair company and their return was almost one month. This meant being without my dishwasher for the duration. When I asked about the delay I was told that the request for the part had to go to FAHW and then back again. Took too long!
