  • 優點:①飯店位置佳,離地鐵站很近②飯店清潔人員及早餐接待人員服務態度良好③飯店頂樓花園及房間內可以看到金沙酒店缺點:①櫃檯人員服務態度消極令人不舒服由於是在Booking上訂3晚的3人房,但是當天check in時,櫃檯人員不耐煩的看著隔壁同事敲著自己的螢幕,堅持她在系統看到的就是2人房。隔天因為訂金被收的太少所以房間被鎖進來進不去,到櫃檯找了會說中文的服務人員,並反應了前一天的狀況,只回了「我這邊看是3人房沒錯。請問昨天是用英文溝通嗎?那可能是她沒有搞清楚狀況」然後沒有一句不好意思或抱歉,並用令人不舒服的態度強調因為已經幫忙加床了,所以不會幫我們換房間。
